Logistics
The term “logistics” derives from the Greek word “logistikos” (λογιστικός), meaning “which makes logical sense,” that in turn comes from “lógos” (λόγος), meaning “word” or “order.” For the Greeks, these concepts were closely linked and expressed using the same word.
In our view, “logistics” is precisely about creating a logical order. Our team is committed to meet every customer need, thus for us the essence of logistics can be summarized in one principle:
“Logical for the customer“
In production terms, logistics refers to the physical distribution of goods — from transferring and handling items at the production site, to storing or delivering them for consumption or use by the customer. This is closely tied to planning processes and storage of raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished products, and related information across the entire supply chain, all with the sole purpose of meeting customer needs.

Logistics activities include:
Production and distribution networks
Demand forecasting, inventory management, procurement
Material handling, warehousing, and storage
Order processing and packaging
Transportation
Customer service
Returns management

Our logistics department has evolved to manage large production batches with the flexibility and precision required by framework agreements.
We handle any logistics strategy on behalf of our customers, from direct delivery to construction sites and/or subcontractors responsible for assembly, to warehousing ready-to-ship materials. This is KANBAN method, an essential method for optimizing the flow of work and enabling preventive production based on customer estimates.
Quality in services as well as products.
We have structured our logistics department to ensure flexible and meticulous management, enabling on-time and precise delivery of finished products according to customer needs.
At every stage of the logistics process, parts are identified and traceable, with a special focus on production material batch tracking — crucial aspect for safety-related parts.
