Company Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics is a vital tool for corporate social responsibility, promoting good practices and ethical behavior. CLM’s Code of Ethics reflects the ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 principles outlined in our quality policy.

Revised in 2022, the Code of Ethics fulfills the requirements of the IATF 16949 standard for the automotive sector. Its revision involved active participation from our team, with the goal of establishing shared behavioral criteria throughout the company.

ISO 9001:2015 Certification

CLM adheres to the ISO 9001:2015 standard, which outlines guidelines for creating a quality management system and optimizing business processes, by improving efficiency and effectiveness in product creation and service delivering. This ensures CLM ability to achieve and continually improve customer satisfaction.

IATF 16949:2016 Certification

In 2022, CLM earned the IATF 16949 certification for the automotive sector. This standard focuses on meeting customer-specific requirements regarding continuous improvement, production defect prevention, waste reduction in the supply chain, and business continuity. It is an ongoing process aimed at identifying, reporting, and improving relevant areas of our management system and business processes.
